Through this voluntary program, provided by Equifax Secure, Inc., your personal information is cross-checked against consumer and business databases for consistency. You will also be asked questions that only you should know the answers to. When you are successfully verified, you will receive an ID Verify icon in your Feedback Profile, and you'll be able to participate in activities that require verification, such as selling an item or bidding in Great Collections.

Your privacy is important to us and the information you provide during the ID Verify process will only be used for verification purposes.

How it works:
Verification involves a simple two-step process. In the first step, you are asked to fill out a questionnaire with your name, address, driver's license information, date of birth, Social Security Number (which is optional) and other information that helps to identify you. In the second step, you are asked questions based on information contained in your consumer report, obtained from Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc. You are asked to identify certain installment and credit accounts, and their associated monthly payments. This personal credit information should be known to you and generally not others, so the accuracy of your responses should verify your identity.

Fee:
Verification costs $5 and is valid for one year.

Getting verified takes about 10 minutes. Here's what you do:

2. Accept the billing terms
3. Review & Update your AllAuto contact information
4. Complete the two-part questionnaire You're done!
   Note: After a successful verification, you cannot modify your contact information for the next 30 days.
