Home : Help : Billing : Partial Credit I had a problem requesting partial credit using the Final Value Fee Credit Request form. Now what? It's important to remember when requesting a partial credit that the amount entered should reflect the amount received from the bidder after you issued them a refund. Therefore, subtract the amount you refunded to the bidder from the amount originally received to calculate the entry figure. Please note that if you refunded the entire amount to the bidder, you will need to answer "No" when asked if you received any money from the high bidder. Related Links
