My eBay account has a credit in my favor. How can I request a refund?
Refunds are given on accounts with a positive balance of $1.00 or greater.
To request a refund, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the refund request page (see below)
- Enter your User ID and password (this information may be pre-filled for you as part of the new single login feature)
- Print and complete the form
- Mail or fax the completed form to eBay for processing.
Refund method is determined by your original method of payment and will either be issued to your credit card or by check.
