Did you notice the cool gift icon that appears next to some of the listings? Two thoughts come to mind when people see it: That's neat -- what does it mean? And how do I get one?
What does the gift icon mean?
The gift icon highlights items that make especially good gifts by displaying a gift icon beside the item title on search and listings pages.
How do I get a gift icon on my listing?
It's simple. When you list an item, you can choose to add a gift icon to your listing. It only costs $1. We recommend that you include in your item description what special accommodations, if any, you will make to help buyers with giving your item as a gift.
Can I can choose which icon I want next to my listing?
The icon of your choice will be displayed on category listings pages only. When your item appears in Search results, we will display a Present icon ![]() to signify your item makes a great gift! Please take this into consideration before selecting the gift icon feature for your listing.
