You can request contact information for another eBay registered user by using the Registered User Information Request form. You will be sent an email message with the information. The information you request is sent via email in order to prevent abuse by non-registered users.

Keep in mind that the user whose information you are requesting will also receive your information. And, this information can only be used in matters regarding eBay. Any other use is specifically prohibited.

You can also request information on other users' User ID history, as well as their email address, by using the User ID History and Email Address Request form. You can see whether they changed their User IDs, and what those previous User IDs were, or find out what their email addresses are so that you can email them.

You can see other information about other users. You can view others' feedback, and you can see what items they sell or bid on by using Search.
