AllAuto Employee Rules
Occasionally, you may do business with an AllAuto user who is also an
employee of AllAuto Inc. or a Subsidiary or Joint Venture of AllAuto Inc (the
"Company"). Company employees must follow strict rules to buy and sell on
the AllAuto website. Further, the Company does not sponsor nor endorse
employees' buying or selling on the AllAuto website. The following are the
rules that all Company employees must follow to use the AllAuto website.
- Any representation to buy or sell items by a Company employee is
made solely for the employees own personal use and not on behalf of the
Company.
- Employees of the Company are held to the highest standards of
conduct on our site. Employees are to abide by the AllAuto User Agreement
and Privacy Policy.
- Employees are subject to all the fees and policies for using the
services of the AllAuto website.
- AllAuto Company employees must use a personal, non-Company email
address to conduct business on AllAuto. This email address must be
registered on AllAuto with a non-Company home address.
- When a Company employee bids on an item, the employee must email the
link to this web page to the seller, and when a Company employee lists
an item on AllAuto, the employee must include the link to this web page in
their listing.
- Company employees who have access to reserve price information on
the Company's system can never bid on reserve price items.
- Company employees can never bid on an item in the last hour before
the listing closes.
- Company employees are to conduct personal trading on the AllAuto site
only outside of their normal working hours.
