My Information - Account Administration
When you register, you provide AllAuto with information about yourself. To optimize your use of AllAuto, please make sure that the information AllAuto has about you is up to date and accurate. If you need to update your information, it is very simple.

If you change your email, please do not re-register with AllAuto. Preserve your feedback and your hard-earned reputation by using the Change of Email Address form instead, to update your information to reflect your new email. If you re-register with your new email address, any information associated with your old email address could be lost, and Customer Support will need to manually combine your old and new accounts which could take several weeks! If you have already registered your second account, you will need to fill out the Ask AllAuto form.

If you decide to change your User ID, you can fill out the Change User ID form. Your User ID is a valuable asset to participating on AllAuto. You may find that your trading partners will come to recognize you by your User ID and to associate certain characteristics with your User ID, much like they might with your Feedback Rating. Changing your User ID could jeopardize those relationships!

You can also change your password by filling out the Change Password form.

If you forgot your password, don't worry. Just fill out the Forgot Your Password form and AllAuto will send you an email with instructions to make the change. Your current password will remain active until you respond to the email.

If you want to change any other information about yourself, you can use the Change Your Registered Information form and quickly update your information online.

For other information about yourself that AllAuto provides about you, you may want to see the Feedback Forum, My AllAuto, and About Me. The Feedback Forum contains information about how other users view your transactions. My AllAuto provides all the information you need to keep track of your bidding and selling, all at your fingertips. About Me pages are a way for you to express yourself to others.
