During The eBay Auction
These independent third parties provide services that might be helpful to you before your auction closes. You should negotiate these services before your auction ends.

After The eBay Auction
eBay is only a venue for your auction. After an auction closes, you and your trading partner are responsible for completing the sale.
Contact each other via e-mail 
The seller's e-mail address and the high-bidder's e-mail address are available on the End of Auction Notice.
If you have trouble connecting
If you have trouble contacting your trading partner via e-mail, you can request contact information.

Dispute Resolution
Buyers and sellers can use SquareTrade, an independent, neutral third party to help resolve disputes that may arise.
